Styloria offers fashion and costume jewellery unless a product description clearly states otherwise. Product images are for presentation and may not match the exact piece. Colour, scale, finish, and stone appearance can vary. Please use the product title and description as the guide for what you receive.
Unless expressly stated, pieces are not solid precious metal investment jewellery, and stones are not certified natural gemstones. We do not make medical, therapeutic, or investment claims about our products.
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example if an item is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or we suspect misuse). Prices shown at checkout are as displayed for your order; taxes and shipping (if any) are shown before you pay.
Payment must be completed through the methods offered at checkout. Title to goods passes on delivery; risk of loss passes when the courier marks the parcel delivered (or as otherwise required by applicable law).

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, please use the returns process. Change-of-mind returns may require you to cover return shipping, as stated in the returns policy.
Site content, brand name, logos, and product imagery belong to Styloria or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission. Product designs are original contemporary pieces; names of other brands or designers are not used to imply affiliation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Styloria’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost opportunities), except where Indian consumer protection law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under law.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes, network outages, or government restrictions. We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
